Our human resources department is responsible for staffing, training, retention and removal of human capital at LIVEN Capital and ensures superior human resources standards in subsidiaries.
Positions in human resources include;
HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (H.R.O)
Duties: Responsible for creating systems related to workforce appreciation, retention, service and loyalty to LIVEN Capital and the maintenance of similar human resources standards in subsidiaries. This includes staff compensation plans, staffing drives, moral and rentention programs etc. He/she is also the head of the human resources department, within LIVEN Capital, he/she directs all human resources related responsibilities, staff and assets. In LIVEN Capital subsidiaries he/she is responsible for the training and supervision of human resources managers and executives.
Qualifications: Must possess excellent written and oral communications skills. Must have relevant education (at least HND/Bsc.) in service related fields like Business Administration, Management, Sociology etc. Must have at least 3 years of management experience in a reputable organisation or possess an Msc. if below the age of 30, if below 25 experience can be exempted.
Duties: Responsible for implimenting the human resources policies and visions of the H.R.O. Is also responsible for assisting the H.R.O in the development and planning of human resources duties.
Qualifications: Must possess excellent written and oral communications skills. Must have at least a HND/Bsc. in a related field like Administrations, Management etc. Must have at least 1 years of human resources experience in a reputable organisation or possess equal experience in another field if below 30, if below 25 experience can be exempted.
